Surgical Birth Recovery Care Pack
A cesarean birth is major abdominal surgery. While the focus often shifts quickly to caring for a newborn, your body is also going through an important period of healing.
The Surgical Birth Recovery Care Pack is designed to support women who want guided recovery after a C-section. This program focuses on rebuilding core strength, improving scar mobility, restoring movement patterns, and helping the body regain confidence after surgery.
At ONELIFE, we approach surgical birth recovery with the same care and structure used in orthopedic rehabilitation. Our goal is to help you reconnect with your body safely while restoring strength, coordination, and stability over time.
What to Expect
This program supports women beginning six weeks postpartum and beyond, whether you are newly postpartum or still experiencing lingering symptoms years after surgical birth.
Your Movement Clinician begins by understanding how your body is functioning today. From there, your sessions gradually guide you through safe movement retraining, scar care, and progressive strengthening so your body can rebuild support and stability.
The program focuses on restoring deep core coordination, improving scar mobility, supporting pelvic floor function, and helping your body move comfortably again in daily life.
