Movement Clinicians
For over 13 years, ONELIFE has walked alongside women through every stage of their movement and wellness journey. As a proudly homegrown Filipino brand, we value our roots and the meaningful relationships we’ve built within our community.
Today, our team is 90% women, made up of Movement Clinicians dedicated to understanding women’s bodies and providing thoughtful, clinically guided care. We actively champion Filipino healthcare and movement professionals by creating space for growth, continued learning, and meaningful careers that make a real impact.
Our team is composed of licensed Physical Therapists, certified Pilates coaches, Sports Science professionals, and allied healthcare practitioners who work together to deliver responsible, evidence-informed movement care. Through ongoing mentorship, structured training, and international continuing education, we ensure that every session reflects the standards ONELIFE has built over the years.

The ONELIFE Movement Clinician Framework
There are fitness coaches and Pilates instructors, and then there are ONELIFE Movement Clinicians.
Women deserve movement care that is precise, intentional, and truly personal. Because no two bodies move the same way, we developed the ONELIFE Movement Clinician Framework — a structured system that defines the training, experience, and clinical responsibilities behind every role in our team.
These levels bring transparency to who is guiding your sessions and the expertise behind the care you receive. They also provide a clear development pathway for our clinicians, ensuring continuous growth, strong mentorship, and consistently high standards across the studio.
Every level is supported by ongoing education, internal mentorship, and alignment with professional and international practice standards. This means your Movement Clinician is supported, well-trained, and committed to delivering safe, thoughtful care.
