Our coaches—categorized as PT Assistants, Junior Trainees, Junior Physio Coach, Physio Coach, Senior Physio Coach, Senior Pilates Consultants and Lead Clinical Trainers—are all licensed professionals trained in Clinical Pilates and physical therapy. The levels reflect their experience, advanced certifications, and expertise in managing unique client needs.

PT Assistants
Our PT Assistants are Physical Therapy graduates who provide support through assessments, guided stretching, and theracupping. They work under close mentorship, building their practice and ensuring safe, supportive sessions for clients.
Junior Trainees
Junior Trainees are licensed physical therapists in the early stage of their journey with Onelife. They are undergoing structured training and mentorship, preparing for full regularization as Junior Physios.
Junior Physios
Junior Physios are licensed physical therapists who have completed at least six months of training and are fully regularized at Onelife. They are part of our intensive credentialing program, focusing on women’s health, movement assessment, and Clinical Pilates integration.
Physios
Physios are licensed physical therapists with over 300 hours of clinical and Pilates training. They have successfully completed our intensive credentialing program and are equipped to design and conduct personalized programs for women’s wellness, recovery, and performance.
Senior Physios
Our Senior Physios are licensed and highly experienced physical therapists who have designed and executed over 1,000 hours of personal training sessions. They hold allied healthcare professional qualifications and have also successfully completed our intensive credentialing program, in addition to holding various complementary trainings and certifications.
Senior Pilates Consultant
Our Senior Pilates Consultants hold one or more internationally recognized Pilates certifications, along with complementary training in movement and fitness. They bring expertise in Pilates as both an art and a science, guiding clients through specialized and precise practice.
Lead Clinical Trainers
Lead Clinical Trainers are licensed physiotherapists with over 1,800 hours of clinical training and extensive certifications. They not only guide clients but also mentor and develop our entire clinical team, ensuring Onelife’s standards remain aligned with the best practices worldwide.
Pelvic Floor Health Care Pack
Onelife Care Packs are structured programs designed to give you focused support for specific women’s health needs, combining diagnostics, hands-on care, and personalized exercise. The Pelvic Floor Health Care Pack is intended for women who want to restore function, improve coordination, or prevent long-term issues tied to the pelvic floor.
Your pelvic floor is the foundation of strength, stability, and everyday comfort. This Care Pack is designed to restore function, improve coordination, and support long-term well-being.
This 12-week program includes one to two focused sessions per week, tailored for postpartum recovery, pelvic floor symptoms, or preventive care.
What’s included:
Ultrasound Diagnostics (RTUS): Real-time imaging to assess pelvic floor and abdominal wall function.
Core & Pelvic Floor Training: Exercises to build strength, improve posture, and restore control.
Manual Therapy: Gentle releases for surrounding muscles to reduce tension.
Kinesiology Taping: Safe applications to support targeted areas and relieve strain.
Home Routine: Simple, guided exercises to complement your sessions.
Program Details:
This Care Pack is best for women who are experiencing pelvic floor symptoms (such as leaking, heaviness, or weakness), recovering postpartum, or seeking preventive care for long-term strength.

Terms & Conditions
REFUNDS
All packages are non-refundable upon use or after 7 days from the date of purchase, whichever comes first.
SHARING
For packages indicated as shareable, all parties are responsible for managing how sessions are divided between them. Beginning October 2025, only regular packages with 30 sessions and above will be eligible for sharing.
TRANSFERS
All package credits are transferable once.
EXPIRY
Expiry extensions will not be granted except for valid medical reasons (with a recent medical certificate) or travel (with proof, such as flight dates indicated on a ticket).
SESSION CANCELLATIONS
Appointments may be canceled without charge if done more than 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be considered late and will incur an automatic charge to the client account. In cases of emergencies such as severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, the studio may offer flexibility at its discretion.
COACH ASSIGNMENT
The studio reserves the right to assign or change coaches for your sessions without prior notice. If a coach becomes unavailable, the studio will make every effort to assign a coach of the same level or higher based on the client’s package. If a lower-level coach is assigned, the client will be notified in advance and consent will be requested before proceeding.
COACH PREFERENCE
The studio accommodates requests for female-only coaches. Clients who prefer to work exclusively with a female coach must inform the front desk at the time of booking. Requests will be accommodated based on coach availability and scheduling.
PACKAGE VALIDITY
All packages are valid for a fixed duration starting from the date of purchase. Extensions may be granted only for medical or travel-related reasons, provided the request is made prior to package expiration.
PWD / SENIOR / PARTNER DISCOUNTS
Discounts are honored but cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. Discounts are non-convertible to cash.
PRENATAL AND POSTPARTUM PHYSIOPILATES
The studio offers specialized care packs for both prenatal and postpartum clients. Clients are encouraged to consult with their coach for the program most suitable to their needs. For prenatal and postpartum clients, medical clearance is mandatory prior to starting.
CLIENT ELIGIBILITY
The studio requires medical clearance for clients with special conditions before accommodating any service requests beyond the NTOL package. For prenatal and postpartum clients, medical clearance is mandatory prior to starting. Additionally, for clients seeking physical therapy, a doctor’s referral is recommended.
SCHEDULING YOUR SESSIONS
Sessions must be scheduled directly with the studio through any of the following channels:
Appointments are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To get the most from your program, we recommend pre-booking your sessions as early as possible. This ensures a consistent visit frequency of at least twice per week, which is the pace we’ve found to bring the best results.
NEW-TO-ONELIFE STARTER PACK ELIGIBILITY
The New-to-Onelife Starter Pack is exclusively available to first-time clients of the studio. Each client may avail of the package once only. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions or converted into other services.
PAYMENTS
We accept payments via cash, credit card, or bank transfer. Transactions processed through PayPal may be subject to applicable credit card charges.
