Getting Started at ONELIFE

At ONELIFE, we provide women with movement care that is both clinically grounded and highly personal. Every journey begins with a structured, individualized approach to therapeutic exercise designed around your body, your life stage, and your long-term health.

 

Whether you are balancing physical demands from work, recovering from injury, managing a health condition, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, or investing in sustainable movement wellness, the New-to-ONELIFE Starter Pack (NTOL) introduces you to our clinical approach with clarity and intention. It is your entry point into professional, women-centered movement care.

Choosing Your Movement Clinician

Your NTOL journey is guided by a movement clinician whose training aligns with your needs. All ONELIFE clinicians are educated within our in-house clinical framework, with a strong emphasis on women’s health, injury management, and long-term movement outcomes.

 

Junior Movement Clinicians
Licensed physical therapists or allied healthcare practitioners completing advanced training within ONELIFE. Best suited for women without special conditions who are focused on general wellness, strength, and movement confidence.

Movement Clinicians
Clinicians with over 300 hours of one-on-one training experience and continued education in injury and special condition management. A strong fit for uncomplicated musculoskeletal concerns and postpartum rehabilitation.

 

Senior Movement Clinicians
Highly experienced clinicians with 500+ hours of training and advanced skills in women’s health, Pilates, manual therapy, and physical therapy modalities. Recommended for women experiencing acute or chronic pain, pregnancy-related needs, or conditions requiring more nuanced care.

 

Lead Clinical Trainers
Senior experts with 1,000+ hours of clinical experience and internationally recognized certifications in Physical Therapy or Pilates. Best suited for women requiring highly specialized or complex rehabilitation support. They also lead the clinical development of our team.

Step 1: Movement Assessment and Baseline

Your journey begins with our Signature Posture and Movement Assessment. This evaluation allows our Movement Clinicians to understand how your body moves, identify key areas for support, and establish a functional baseline. Using this data, we design a personalized care plan that aligns with your goals and physical needs.

Step 2: Guided Clinical Pilates Sessions

Across three 55-minute Clinical Pilates sessions, you will be introduced to foundational movement patterns using our roster of specialized equipment under the guidance of a Movement Clinician. These sessions focus on safely building movement awareness, improving control and stability, and developing confidence within a structured, progressive program aligned with your goals and needs.

Step 3: Recovery and Program Refinement

Your Starter Pack concludes with a physio-led stretch session designed to support recovery, release tension, and prepare your body for ongoing care. At this stage, your Movement Clinician will refine your personalized program and recommend the most appropriate next steps based on your progress, lifestyle, and long-term goals.

Whether you are a student just starting your wellness journey, a professional balancing long days, a mother moving through the seasons of motherhood, or someone embracing the later stages of life, the New-to-Onelife (NTOL) Starter Pack is designed to ease you in with intention. It’s your safe, personal start to wellness.

Your journey begins with our Signature Posture & Movement Assessment. This helps us understand your goals, your body’s current needs, and how you move. From there, we create a personal plan that guides your next sessions.

Step 2: Build your confidence

Across three 55-minute Clinical Pilates sessions, you’ll explore the fundamentals of movement while gradually being introduced to more exercises and equipment. Each session is designed to build your confidence, improve your awareness, and help you feel comfortable in the flow of an Onelife program.

We close your Starter Pack with a physio-led stretch, a restorative way to release tension, recharge, and prepare for your next step. Your coach will also refine your plan and recommend the best path forward to fit your goals, lifestyle, and schedule.

I've said this before: I've never felt more at home and more "myself" than in Onelife. Admittedly I was a bit hesitant to try it out because I was intimidated seeing that some celebrities and influencers go here. I'm so glad I tried it, though, because when I first got here, it was a great mix of women at different stages in their lives. My first coach, Coach Gem, made me feel at ease. Other coaches like Coach Sasha laugh at my corny mom jokes. All the other coaches are super friendly and the front staff are so accommodating. I immediately felt that I, a full-time working mom out on her lunch break in ratty exercise clothes, actually fit in. And that we're all women just going about our daily lives, facing our own challenges.
