Getting Started at ONELIFE

Starting somewhere new can feel a little uncertain. You may not know which service to try first, what your body needs most right now, or how sessions at ONELIFE work.

That is exactly why we created the New-to-ONELIFE Starter Pack (NTOL).

The NTOL pack is designed to help you experience ONELIFE in a thoughtful, structured way. It allows our team to understand how your body moves and introduce you to the kind of care we are known for.

It is also the most cost-effective way to begin, giving new clients a guided introduction to our services before deciding how they would like to continue their movement journey with us.

For many women, the NTOL pack becomes the starting point of a longer relationship with movement that feels supportive, informed, and truly personal.

Choosing Your Movement Clinician

Your NTOL journey is guided by a Movement Clinician whose training aligns with your needs. Our team includes licensed Physical Therapists, certified Pilates coaches, Sports Science professionals, and allied healthcare practitioners who are trained within the ONELIFE clinical framework.

Assistant Coaches

Early-career movement professionals completing structured onboarding and mentorship within the ONELIFE framework. They assist in guided sessions while developing their skills in movement observation, session flow, and client care under the supervision of senior clinicians.

Junior Coaches

Movement Clinicians who have completed foundational ONELIFE training and at least six months of supervised practice within the framework. They guide sessions independently while continuing to deepen their skills in movement assessment, women’s health considerations, and Physiopilates™ programming.

Coaches

Movement Clinicians with 300+ hours of one-on-one client sessions within the ONELIFE framework. They have deeper experience in Physiopilates™ programming and movement assessment and support women working on posture improvement, strength development, musculoskeletal concerns, and movement recovery.

Senior Physios

Movement Clinicians with 500+ hours of one-on-one client sessions and advanced experience within the ONELIFE framework. They guide sessions involving more complex movement needs, including injury recovery support, pregnancy-related care, persistent pain concerns, and advanced Physiopilates™ programming.

Senior Pilates Consultants

Experienced clinicians with 500+ hours of training and one-on-one client care in Physiopilates™, women’s health, and movement-based rehabilitation. They support women who may benefit from deeper programming in Pilates-based movement, manual therapy techniques, and individualized care planning.

Step 1: Movement Assessment and Baseline

Your journey begins with our Signature Posture and Movement Assessment. This evaluation allows our Movement Clinicians to understand how your body moves, identify areas that may need support, and establish a clear baseline. Using this information, we design a personalized care plan that aligns with your goals, lifestyle, and physical needs.

Step 2: 1-on-1 Physiopilates™ Sessions

Across three 55-minute Physiopilates™ sessions, you will be introduced to foundational movement patterns using our specialized Pilates equipment under the guidance of a Movement Clinician. These sessions may integrate Clinical Pilates and physical therapy principles depending on what your body needs, helping build movement awareness, improve control and stability, and support safe strength development.

Step 3: Stretch Therapy

Your Starter Pack concludes with a Stretch Therapy session designed to release tension, support recovery, and restore mobility. At this stage, your Movement Clinician will review your progress and refine your personalized program, recommending the most appropriate next steps based on your movement needs, lifestyle, and long-term goals.

At Onelife, we begin with care that meets you where you are. Whether you are a student just starting your wellness journey, a professional balancing long days, a mother moving through the seasons of motherhood, or someone embracing the later stages of life, the New-to-Onelife (NTOL) Starter Pack is designed to ease you in with intention. It’s your safe, personal start to wellness.

Your journey begins with our Signature Posture & Movement Assessment. This helps us understand your goals, your body’s current needs, and how you move. From there, we create a personal plan that guides your next sessions.

Step 2: Build your confidence

Step 2: Build Your Confidence

Across three 55-minute Clinical Pilates sessions, you’ll explore the fundamentals of movement while gradually being introduced to more exercises and equipment. Each session is designed to build your confidence, improve your awareness, and help you feel comfortable in the flow of an Onelife program.

Step 3: Recharge and refine

Step 3: Recharge and Refine

We close your Starter Pack with a physio-led stretch, a restorative way to release tension, recharge, and prepare for your next step. Your coach will also refine your plan and recommend the best path forward to fit your goals, lifestyle, and schedule.

I've said this before: I've never felt more at home and more "myself" than in Onelife. Admittedly I was a bit hesitant to try it out because I was intimidated seeing that some celebrities and influencers go here. I'm so glad I tried it, though, because when I first got here, it was a great mix of women at different stages in their lives. My first coach, Coach Gem, made me feel at ease. Other coaches like Coach Sasha laugh at my corny mom jokes. All the other coaches are super friendly and the front staff are so accommodating.
