When you enroll in our studios, you will enjoy a personalized health & fitness program that combines the very best of Pilates, Physical Therapy, and Functional Training. Our method focuses on training several muscle groups all at once in efficient, connected movements, so you actually learn to move in safer, more efficient patterns of motion, and you build your muscles more uniformly throughout the entire body.

By combining principles of Pilates with our expertise in physiotherapy, we are committed to delivering these physical benefits more effectively than many of the other popular workouts and programs out there. GETTING YOU STARTED

AT ONELIFE

Whether you’re new to Pilates or new to ONELIFE, we make sure to help you start well.

 

You'll need to start off with a complete health & fitness assesment followed by (3) Personal Training sessions (1 student:1 coach) designed to get you properly acquainted with our specialized equipment and to get you the most efficient fitness strategy to fit your goals and lifestyle.

STEP 1:

LET'S BUILD YOU A SOLID FOUNDATION

During your 1st session, we'll start you off with a 30min. Fitness Assessment session which ends with a personalised program recommendation so that you can hit your goals the most efficient way possible. Afterwards, you'll enjoy a 55min. workout session that focuses on the fundamentals of Pilates and Personal Training and introduces you to the different equipment we have over at the studio.

STEP 2:

LET'S PUSH YOU OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE

On your 2nd session, expect your coach to take things up a notch. After getting to know you and your goals, our coach will be letting you experience a glimpse of the personalised training program designed to challenge you safely so that you can level up your fitness the fastest, yet most sustainable way possible. 

STEP 3:

LET'S KEEP YOUR PROGRESS GOING

On your last session, your coach will be refining your fitness program based on how you've progress from session 1. You'll experience either a scaled up workout if you need a more intense routine or a scaled down workout if you still need to work on refining your form. 

On this last session, you and your coach will also discuss the best personalised program for you moving forward, which takes into consideration your goals, your current fitness level, and your personal schedule constraints.

Your last visit is capped off by a physio-led stretch session designed to let you experience the best stretch, ever.
