Service Description

When you find yourself unable to come to our studio, you can opt to train online with our team of licensed physical therapists coaches and certified Pilates instructors. *Service prerequisite: Must first complete the "New to Onelife-at-Home" starter session and have submitted the online waiver form.

Cancellation Policy

We do not allow appointment cancellations for paid sessions. However, we allow for rescheduling upon advise at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment schedule. For rescheduling, please e-mail askus@theonelifestudio.com.
