- NEW-TO-ONELIFEALABANG STARTER PACK: Your ultimate trial pack when you are new to the studio and our methodology. You (1) Initial Assessment (30mins), (3) Personal Training Sessions (55mins ea.), and (1) Physio-led Stretching (30mins). This package may only be availed once by every new client to the branch.
- PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION PACKS: We believe that 1-on-1 training is really the best way to get fast, real, targeted results at the schedules you want. With these packs, your needs and goals will be translated into a highly personalized training program that progresses with you. - PHYSIO-LED STRETCHING PACKS: Stretching also needs to be personalized! In these packs, expect expertly designed stretching sessions that address your body’s unique needs - freeing you from any stiffness and pain that may be restricting your movement and preventing you from fully enjoying your physical and daily activities. Each session lasts anywhere from 20-30 minutes, inclusive of percussive therapy for 1-3 key focus areas if preferred.
- PHYSICAL THERAPY PACKS: This service is Physical Therapy that's focused on applying evidence-based, targeted, and structured hands-on mobilization and movement techniques to address pain, to regain lost function, and to restore wellness. Each session running anywhere from 20-50mins. depending on your case, is carefully designed to assess and treat pain that might be caused by tightness or tension in the fascia, muscle, neural tissue, and joints. This service is recommended to be done for a minimum of 5 sessions, strictly spaced out by 2-3 days and then immediately followed by a complementary personal training program.
Please take note:
- Limited packages on sale. Packages are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Expect package price increases as we near the opening of the Alabang branch. If you want optimal savings, make sure to purchase your packs early.
- Clients can opt to purchase multiple packages. There are no limits to the number of packages bought per person BUT all packages will be automatically be activated within 90 days from the branch's grand opening, no exceptions. In cases of multiple packages, the packages will be automatically activated upon the full consumption of earlier used packages.
- Target opening date may still change. Since packs are on promotion, there will be no refunds accommodated in case of opening delays.
- Photos in the carousel are 3D renders only. Actual studio may vary slightly.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) All packs are valid for use only at ONELIFE ALABANG branch only.
2) All packs activate on date of first use OR within (90 days) from date of Onelife Alabang grand opening (tentatively October 2024), whichever comes first. All package holders will receive an SMS advise at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled grand opening date. In cases of government restriction for in person sessions, packages will automatically be frozen or converted to virtual sessions, depending on client preference.
3) All packs are non-refundable after (7) days from date of purchase and are only transferrable once.
4) Strictly no expiry extensions unless for valid medical reasons with proof.

6) Packages are already discounted; Other studio promotions and discounts may not be used in conjunction with this promotion.
7) All packages are shareable, except for the starter pack AND restorative manual therapy packages.
8) Appointments are given on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommended setting up your sessions at least 1-2 days in advance. We do not accept walk-ins. We only confirm reservations for clients with valid packages. Our Alabang team will be informing all founding members 2 weeks prior to the final opening date to ensure immediate scheduling.
9) Studio requires a medical clearance for clients with special conditions before accommodating future service requests after the first session; Medical clearance absolutely required for prenatal clients prior to starting.
10) The tentative opening date for Alabang is October 2024. The studio reserves the right to change/defer the opening date without prior notice. There will be no refunds in case of opening delays.
