New to ONELIFE-AT-HOME Starter Pack

Service Description

Our goal remains to deliver the best personal training program for you, whether its in-person, or on-video. With this starter pack, your assigned coach will get to know you and your goals in-depth by conducting a thorough home space setup guidance, a virtual movement assessment, and a review of your movement fundamentals to make sure that we are able properly calibrate your virtual Onelife-at-Home program to fit exactly what you need. *Each starter session may run anywhere from 1-2 hours.

Cancellation Policy

We do not allow appointment cancellations for paid sessions. However, we allow for rescheduling upon advise at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment schedule. For rescheduling, please e-mail askus@theonelifestudio.com.
